For the first time in history, we’re bringing a case before Africa's highest human rights court with a simple, powerful argument: the climate crisis is a crime against the people of this continent, and those responsible must be held accountable under African law.
If the Court agrees with us, every citizen, activist, and community in Africa will have a legal tool to hold their governments and polluters accountable. That has never existed before. This case could change everything.
Our argument rests on something powerful and already written into African law: The African Charter on Human and Peoples' Rights. This charter guarantees every person a satisfactory environment. We refuse to let the next generation inherit a continent defined by displacement and despair.
This is your moment to be part of history.
Add your name before the 31st of March. Let’s tell the African Court to put climate justice into law. Let’s prove to every polluter watching that Africa's people are paying attention, that our rights are not negotiable, and that we will use every legal tool available to defend them. Sign now.
